Living in Green Acres and raising your family in this quaint city is a very fulfilling one.  Not only will you feel that your family is safe and protected here, but you will also get to enjoy a lot of beautiful places to visit, good schools and colleges for your children, reliable medical and health services, prompt public services and assistances, plus a whole lot more.  It is for these reasons why Green Acres is enjoying awards and recognitions from some of the prestigious award-giving bodies in the country.  For one, the city has been named as one of the best communities for youth, and two, it has also been chosen as a Tree City USA and has been enjoying the name for almost two decades now.

Another great place to visit here is the Green Acres Library which is home to some of the best literary collections by some of the country’s and the world’s greatest authors.  Be sure to get your library card if you want to enjoy the services of the city’s library.

Another very good reason why it is ideal to choose Green Acres as home is that it is near to some of the top tourist destinations in the state.  You have the Kennedy Space Center, the Palm Beach Zoo, the Okeeheelee Nature Center, the Everglades National Park, the Florida National Forests, among others.  There are also beautiful parks and gardens that are worth visiting, some of which include the Morikami Museum and Japanese Gardens, the Palm Beach County Golf, the recreation areas, and a whole lot more.

When buying a new house in Green Acres, you might think that you could dispense with hiring a house inspector.  This is especially true if you are considering buying a builder house.  After all, a new house hardly needs to be inspected, right?  Well, in some case, that might be true.  However, that is not always the case.  Sometimes, you still need the services of a house inspector in order to avoid nasty surprises.

2.  Check the water control. Are there quality sinks, toilets and tubs fixtures?  Are they working properly?  Is there good water pressure?  Do gutters, spouts and pipes carry excess water?  Are there evidences of water damages?  What kind of electric heater does the house have?

3.  Check the heating, insulation and electrical system. Are the electric receptacles adequate for the needs of the whole house?  Where is the heater or furnace located?  What types are they?  Is the house air-conditioned?  There should be wall insulation and the attic should also allow for insulation.

These are some things that you need to check out before you decide to hire an inspector.  Your own analysis would also tell you if the house is worth the investment or not.
